Go behind the scenes of A.B.L.E.'s latest production in this free interactive workshop!

Co-directors Lawrence Kern and Katie Yohe and members of the cast of Frankenstein onstage will guide you through a typical A.B.L.E. rehearsal. You’ll get to go onstage at Upstairs Studio at Chicago Shakespeare to experience some of the games and activities A.B.L.E. used to bring our ideas to the stage. You can try on key costume pieces and props, and maybe event try A.B.L.E.'s signature "dropping in" method. This is an exclusive opportunity to experience A.B.L.E.'s unique play-based approach to adapting familiar stories for, with, and by performers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
