Whether it's assisting at one of our events, joining our costume and prop committee, hosting a fundraiser, using your graphic design skills to create posters or marketing materials, or assisting in classes and workshops, there are a number of ways you can volunteer your talents to support A.B.L.E.!

Current positions

Class Facilitators

The most popular way to volunteer is to join our team as a class Facilitator, assisting teaching artists and working side-by-side with our actors in classes and performances. Facilitators are an integral part of our ensemble, helping to ensure everyone has a safe, productive, and fun time! Volunteers for this position must be 18 years or older. No formal acting training or experience necessary. Click here to read more about joining us in-class.

Design COMMITTEES

If you love crafting, thrifting, sewing, building, or playing, this is the committee for you! We produce two stage shows each year, and can always use volunteers for our costume, prop, and set committees to bring these performances to life.

DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

This team of volunteers is responsible for hosting fundraising events, soliciting donations, seeking sponsorship opportunities, and assisting with grant applications. We hope to connect A.B.L.E. with the community at large, raise our organizational profile, and raise funds to continue building our program and keep it affordable for participants.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Seeking individuals with a keen eye and visual art skills to develop our show posters, programs, social media posts, and other marketing materials. A.B.L.E.’s work is seen by a wide audience, so your designs could be hanging up all over town!
